    Are you an expert on the Yugoslav conflict? For example; who fired the first shot? i.e. who started it? If I were you I would be a little less credulous regarding the working of the ICC. If you know what I mean.

      This was not a value statement. Only an observation that the political wheels are moving such that it is seemingly now opportune to sweep them up and take them to the Hague.
